ER to appoint agents to sell reserved tickets

Till now, agents appointed by the railways could only issue e-tickets. Eastern Railway will soon engage people to operate Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendras (YTSKs) to sell normal reserved and unreserved tickets through the Indian Railways’ Passenger Reservation System (PRS) and Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS).
