HC dismisses Sunil Kedar’s second plea too

The Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court on Thursday gave another jolt to Congress MLA from Saoner Sunil Kedar by dismissing his second application. He had challenged action of enquiry officer, Surendra Kharbade, appointed by Maharashtra government to probe Rs150 crore Nagpur District Central Co-Operative Bank (NDCCB) scam, of sending notice to him.
