Actor Pawan Kalyan unlikely to attend Andhra Pradesh capital function

While the Andhra Pradesh government is gearing up for the big event of the foundation stone laying for the new capital at Amaravathi on October 22, actor Pawan Kalyan, has said he was not sure if he would be able to attend it.
