Despite ban, giant wheels installed at Puja pandals across Kolkata

Several Puja committees have allowed installation of giant wheels to operate in the fairs being organized in connection with the Puja, but without an approval from either the Kolkata Municipal Corporation or Kolkata Police authorities.
