Cops, activists thwart Karnataka forum's plans to agitate

An attempt by around 100 activists from Karnataka to hold a dharna at Azad Maidan demanding the early implementation of the Kalsa-Bhandura diversion project, was foiled by police, environmentalists and others on Friday morning.
