HC: Direct recruitment of foresters bad in law

In a setback to direct recruitment of foresters, Justice Vasanti Naik and Justice AIS Cheema at the Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court, said it was bad in law and stayed the October 2013 notification of the state government, terming it null and void.
