Cosmetic effect in bylanes, but arterial road ignored

Residents of Dhantoli, especially those with homes on either side of Sathe Marg near Ramkrishna Math, were happy after Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) started work to double the width of the 3-metre road.
