Compensate buyer with Rs 3L, forum tells Mumbra builder

The Thane District Consumer Redressal Forum (TDCRF) has directed a Mumbra-based developer to pay a compensation of Rs 3 lakh to a complainant to whom he failed to give a flat as per the agreement around seven years ago.
