Child playing near her house abducted, raped and dumped

The crime situation in the capital plunged to a new low when late on Friday evening a two-and-a-half-year-old girl was abducted from near her residence and raped in west Delhi’s Nihal Vihar area. The girl was found by the locals in an unconscious state at a nearby park during the early hours of Saturday.
