Cops file murder FIR in 'custody death' case

Delhi Police has registered a case of murder in the alleged custodial death case of a person which took place in northeast Delhi’s Nand Nagri in September. The FIR under Section 302 IPC was registered following a city court’s order based on the reports submitted by a special investigation team that was formed to probe into the incident.
