9 killed, 5 injured as jeep collides with truck

Nine persons were killed and five others sustained injuries when a jeep collided with a lorry, while trying to avoid an ambulance, at an intersection on the Pune-Bengaluru National Highway-4 near Sankeshwar town, 66km away from here, on Saturday.
