Giant wheels to be seen across Kolkata, despite a KMC ban

Take a giant wheel ride at own peril this Durga pujas. Several puja committees have allowed installation of these giant wheels to operate in the fairs being organized in connection with the puja, but without an approval from either the Kolkata Municipal Corporation or Kolkata Police authorities.
