Appeal to spare thought for ‘living goddesses’

Carrying posters and singing songs to uphold women empowerment, scores of women, young and old, took out a march in Hazratganj, making an appeal to all for pledge in Navratra that while worshipping the female form of divinity, they will also work towards stopping female foeticide and violence against women.
