Mushrooms, barbecue and much more… in China

On June 9-11, 2023, the first International Mushroom Industry Innovation Expo was successfully held in Zibo, China.
UMDIS agency asked our friend Piotr Rubacha from Exotic Mushroom Centre (European distributor of Chinese log substrates) to write for our readers about the Exhibition, and show some photos.
This event is hosted by China Chamber of Commerce, Chinese Society of Mycology, and Shandong Qihe Biotechnology Co., Ltd- leader of Shiitake substrate production.
