SDM directed to inspect ‘illegal construction’ in Majorda

Acting on a complaint of an allegedly illegal construction undertaken in the Majorda-Calata-Utorda village panchayat, the Goa coastal zone management authority (GCZMA) has directed the Salcete deputy collector and sub-divisional magistrate Ajit Panchwadkar “to immediately inspect the site and on verification, issue a stop work order and submit a detailed report to the GCZMA for further appropriate action on or before November 30.”
