Water recedes, but this classroom remains damp

Broken furniture, torn Braille scripts, books and clothes strewn across corridors – when teachers of Little Flower Convent school for the blind and deaf returned to the campus, it wasn’t the students’ chorus that greeted them but a stillness and the sight of devastation caused by the flood.
