2 eggs
2 cups (240g) wheat flour
1 cup (240ml) sugar
1 cup (240ml) milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Frying oil
Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling

- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until they form a light and fluffy cream.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Heat the oil in a pan or frying pan over medium heat.
- Using a spoon, place small portions of dough into the hot oil.
- Fry the dumplings until golden on all sides.
