Singer Zubeen Garg's sudden death shocked everyone in the music industry. After his death, multiple FIRs were lodged against his manager Siddhartha Sharma. The singer's wife, Garima Garg , appealed in his favor and for peace. Whenever anyone criticized Siddharth, Zubeen always stood by him. "I ask everyone to put aside negative feelings and allow him to be part of Zubeen's final journey," she said. Popular Assamese singer Zubeen Garg, who recently died in a tragic scuba diving incident in Singapore, was there to perform at the North East India Festival. The news of his death shocked everyone due to just how sudden it was. Following his death, multiple FIRs and reports were lodged against the festival's chief organizer, Shyam Kanu Mahanta, and Garg's manager, Siddhartha Sharma.

Now, in a viral video, Zubeen Garg 's wife can be seen pleading for peace and asking for Garg's manager to be allowed to be a part of his final rites peacefully and to take back the FIRs that were filed against him.

What was Garima Garg pleading about to the internet?

In the video, Garima was seen standing with hands folded and visibly emotional, crying. She thanked everyone who loved him for so long and showered him with love and absolute respect over the years, and expressed the hope that the singer's final rites would be peaceful. She also added that the police and state authorities were fully supporting them during this time.

She continued and said that Siddhartha , the manager, was like a brother to the singer. "You all remember that in 2020, when Zubeen had that severe seizure, we had to take him to Mumbai for further treatment. During the lockdown, when everything was closed, Siddharth made sure we had food and supplies, and even brought Zubeen back from Mumbai by bus."

Garima requested the audience to respect him and put aside all the negativity that has been pouring in lately. "Whenever anyone criticized Siddharth, Zubeen always stood by him. I ask that you allow Siddharth to be part of Zubeen's final journey. Please, I urge everyone to put aside any negative feelings toward Siddharth. Tomorrow, I'll need my people around me, and I need Siddharth's support-without him, I won't be able to handle everything," Garima added.

The 52-year-old artist's mortal remains recently arrived at Guwahati Airport from Delhi on Sunday morning when people flooded the streets to honor his legacy and mourn their grief for him.
