Nordic Fe:male Invest Summit Celebrates 10 Years

The Nordic tech industry is booming, but diversity in funding remains a persistent challenge. While the region is known for innovation, women founders receive just €1.90 out of every €100 in venture capital, and founders of color receive a mere €0.39 – figures that mirror disparities seen in the U.S. To tackle this inequality head-on, the Nordic Fe:male Invest Summit is set to bring together female and non-binary founders, investors, and allies for a day of connection, inspiration, and action.

The summit, organized by Minc, is this year celebrating it’s 10th year. The event has over the years been designed to cultivate an inclusive ecosystem, will focus on bridging the funding gap and empowering underrepresented founders. By connecting diverse voices with top investors, the event aims to drive innovation and build a future powered by equality.

Speakers and sessions included Tonje Ørnholt, Stefan Lindeberg, and Louise Lachmann, who will unpack where capital is flowing, what’s next for Nordic scale-ups, and why the future isn’t just Stockholm.
