Kevin Stefanski was fired as Browns head coach on the morning of Jan. 5, one day his team beat the Bengals, 20-18, in Cincinnati. The Browns finished 5-12 in 2025 after finishing 3-14 in 2024. Stefanski posted a 45-56 record in six seasons. He led the Browns to the playoffs in 2020 when they finished 11-5 and again in 2023 when they finished 11-6.
