LAKEVILLE — Coaching basketball at the high school and collegiate levels for nearly two decades, Dr. Rob Delaleu knows GNB Voc-Tech sophomore Chris Rivera is a rare breed. “I’ve coached All-Americans and scholarship level guys, and it’s very rare you say someone is special,” said Delaleu, GNB Voc-Tech's boys basketball head coach. “I don’t know what the future holds for him, but it’s bright. “It’s very rare that you see somebody and you know that they’re special.
