Lawrence basketball went 2-0 against Shawnee Mission West in Lawrence on Friday, with the girls basketball team winning by 22 and the boys gritting out an overtime win. To start the doubleheader, a 25-point second quarter led the Lawrence girls basketball team to a 64-42 win over Shawnee Mission West.
