Peoria-area wrestlers once again produced plenty of hardware during the 2025-26 season. In the IHSA state finals, individual boys wrestlers won three state championships. Local athletes also had four state runner-up finishes and two third-place finishes. On the girls side, 16 local grapplers qualified for the state finals. Olympia made a Class 1A dual-state state quarterfinal appearance for a second consecutive season.
