Gazprom reduces Ukraine gas transit due to weak demand, to rise during Nord Stream maintenance

MOSCOW - Gazprom reduced the amount of gas transit through Ukraine due to a decline in requested volumes from European consumers, notably on the corridor through Slovakia, due to hot weather, an industry source has told Interfax.
