GAMBLING ZONE “PRIMORYE” EQUIPED WITH CCTV SYSTEMS

Modern CCTV system was installed and put into operation in the territory of the integrated entertainment resort “Primorye”.

The work on installation of surveillance systems was conducted by JSC “Development Corporation of the Primorskiy Territory”. Today the equipment is installed, configured, tested and commissioned.

“It has four cameras with lenses of different focus. Speed ​​outdoor PTZ camera with 20x zoom lens makes it possible to control the most remote points of the site. To transfer data high-speed Wi-Fi equipment is used. Control of the objects may be carried through remote access via the Internet around the clock,”- the corporation specialists said.

Director of the Tourism Department of the Primorskiy Territory Konstantin Shestakov said that installing a video surveillance system is only one of the measures aimed at improving the level of control over the implementation of the project of development of integrated entertainment resort “Primorye”.

“The Development Corporation of the Primorskiy Territory” is working on creation of engineering and transport infrastructure in the project format – they have approved the plans of creation of infrastructure, established the deadlines, and assigned responsibilities for the implementation of certain measures,” - he stressed.

Thus currently co-investors are working on preparation of construction sites, installation of stands of investors and their projects, as well as the construction of investment objects in the territory of the resort.

LLC “Primorskiy Entertainment Resort City” is testing the foundation piles of its hotel complex “Mayak” with a casino and an aqua park. Finishing these works the investor will start construction. Currently they are completing static testing of piles at the site, and plan to finish it till the end of the month. By this moment, more than 90% of the tests have been held, and they received very good results.

LLC “Royal Time Primorye” held earthworks to begin the construction of the “Phoenix resort” on the site.

LLC “Diamond Fortune Holdings Prim” is engaged in territory planning and engineering survey on the sites of two of its hotel and entertainment complex “Selena” and “Sun Casino & Resort”.

We remind that the integrated recreation zone “Primorye” is located at the Muraviynaya Bay nearby Vladivostok. At the area of 619 hectares beside the entertainment centers and casinos it is planned to construct four 5-stellar hotels, seven 4-stellar and four 3-stellar hotels, 12 guest villas, a yacht club, multifunction trade and exhibition complex, several cinema theatres, and other objects for the tourist-recreation purposes for the all-year-round use.

According to the results of the auction held last December by the Development Corporation of the Primorskiy Territory, the right for implementation of the new investment project was awarded to "Haina Yongli". The new fifth resident of the integrated entertainment resort zone "Primorye" will pay target contribution for the construction of utilities and road infrastructure in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles.
