Turkmenistan accelerates cashless payments through regional POS terminal growth

Turkmenistan has strengthened its cashless payment infrastructure with a total of 37,263 point-of-sale (POS) terminals deployed across regions as of July 1, 2025, with the capital Ashgabat leading in coverage.
