IEA: Central Asia’s gas output shows mixed performance ahead of 2026 recovery

While much of the recovery is projected to come from Russia, Central Asia’s outlook will depend on sustained growth in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan and the pace of upstream reforms in Uzbekistan, alongside evolving export dynamics with China.
