New Jersey Attorney General sues school board for policy that allegedly targets LGBTQ+ students
The complaint asserts that the parental notification policy could have a disparate impact on LGBTQ+ youth, because it, "requires school staff to 'out' LGBTQ+ youth to their parents," according to a release from the AG's office.
