DPWH completes access road to Madongan Dam in Ilocos Norte

LAOAG CITY, May 20 (PIA) - A tourist attraction in Dingras, Ilocos Norte can now be reached easier through the access road completed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in the Ilo
