Angara files Senate reso honoring golf champ Yuka Saso

MANILA, Philippines Senator Sonny Angara has filed a Senate resolution commending the momentous victory of golfer Yuka Saso in becoming the first Filipina to win the U.S Womens Open Golf Championship.
