Tractor Hits Ellis Park Rail; Dirt Races Moved to Turf - BloodHorse

A tractor driver had a medical emergency during maintenance prior to the fifth race July 23 that resulted in the tractor hitting the dirt rail at Ellis Park.It was unable to be immediately repaired and the remaining dirt races were moved to turf.
