Two Monmouth Jockeys Suspended for Crop Rule Violations

Carlos Montalvo and Carlos Lopez became the first jockeys to be penalized for violating the new state-implemented riding crop regulations at Monmouth Park as they both received a five-day suspension and a $500 fine.
