Dolphins activate WR DeVante Parker, sign two tight ends

The Miami Dolphins activated wide receiver DeVante Parker from the physically unable to perform list on Monday.

The Dolphins also signed Sal Cannella and Kalif Jackson after fellow tight ends Mike Gesicki, Adam Shaheen and Cathan Carter were placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Sunday.
