Hawks sign C Gorgui Dieng

The Atlanta Hawks announced the signing Monday of veteran free agent center Gorgui Dieng.

While the team didn't disclose contract details, The Athletic reported the 6-foot-10 Dieng signed for one year and $4 million.

"With the signing of Gorgui, we've added more size and depth to our frontcourt rotation. He's an experienced big with length who can space the floor and defend," Hawks general manager Travis Schlenk said.
