German international Kimmich signs new contract at Bayern

BERLIN, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- Joshua Kimmich has extended his contract ahead of schedule and penned a deal until June 2025, the German record champions confirmed in a statement via the club's official homepage on Monday.

Kimmich joined the Bavarians from league rivals Leipzig in 2015 and has scored 30 goals in 264 competitive games. After penning his new contract, he stays bound with Bayern until the summer of 202
