Padres part ways with pitching coach Larry Rothschild

The San Diego Padres fired pitching coach Larry Rothschild on Monday.

Rothschild, 67, joined the Padres as their pitching coach in late 2019 after serving in the same capacity with the Chicago Cubs (2002-10) and New York Yankees (2011-19).
