Red Sox put OF Hunter Renfroe on bereavement list

The Boston Red Sox put hot-hitting outfielder Hunter Renfroe on the bereavement list Thursday.

The team recalled Jarren Duran from Triple-A Worcester. Duran, just sent down Tuesday, will start in center field for the BoSox on Thursday night against Minnesota.

Renfroe has slugged a major league-leading 10 home runs so far in August and is batting .258 with 25 home runs and 77 RBIs overall in his first season in Boston. R
