Diamondbacks edge Phillies for second straight win

Carson Kelly homered and drove in three runs, Nick Ahmed homered and knocked in two runs and the Arizona Diamondbacks defeated the host Philadelphia Phillies 8-7 on Thursday.

Christian Walker ripped four hits while Asdrubal Cabrera, Drew Ellis and Kelly had two hits each for the Diamondbacks, who won their second in a row. They have also won all four games against the Phillies thus far this season.

Diamondbacks starter
