Giants RB Saquon Barkley out for preseason finale

New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley will not play in the team's preseason finale against the visiting New England Patriots on Sunday, coach Joe Judge announced.

Judge also said Friday that Barkley's status for the Giants' season opener against the visiting Denver Broncos on Sept. 12 has yet to be determined.
