Rocky Lombardi leads Northern Illinois past Georgia Tech

Rocky Lombardi threw a touchdown pass and a two-point conversion with 38 seconds remaining to help visiting Northern Illinois stun Georgia Tech 22-21 on Saturday in Atlanta.
