Vikings' Everson Griffen out vs. Cards after car accident

Minnesota Vikings defensive end Everson Griffen has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the host Arizona Cardinals after sustaining a concussion in a car accident.

Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said Griffen was driving to the team's headquarters in Eagan, Minn., on Thursday when he swerved his car to avoid hitting a deer.

Griffen, 33, appeared on the injury report on Thursday. He was ruled out for Sunday's game alo
