China's Chongqing sees soaring motorcycle exports

CHONGQING, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality saw its motorcycle exports up 52.3 percent year on year to reach 2.39 million units in the first seven months, official statistics showed.

The exports value of motorcycles of the city, dubbed as "the capital of motorcycles," hit 8.33 billion yuan (about 1.29 billion U.S. dollars), up 58.7 percent year on year, according to the Chongqing Mun
