Farmers Insurance Open to end on Saturday, avoid NFL conflict

The 2022 Farmers Insurance Open is shifting dates to accommodate CBS Sports' coverage of the NFL playoffs.

The PGA Tour announced Tuesday that the tournament will abandon its traditional Thursday through Sunday format and be played instead Wednesday through Saturday. The Farmers will be held Jan. 26-29 at Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego.
