Famed US football team Notre Dame to open 2023 season in Ireland

SOUTH BEND, Indiana: The U.S. University of Notre Dame will open its 2023 football season in Ireland, the university announced this week.

Scheduled at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, Notre Dame will play against the U.S. Naval Academy in their 96th meeting.

The game will take place August 26, 2023, and be broadcast worldwide.
