Tiger-Cats meet Roughriders with home playoff game on line

Saskatchewan quarterback Isaac Harker is scheduled to make his first start of the season -- and the second of his career -- on Saturday afternoon when the Roughriders visit the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

The Roughriders (9-4), who have clinched second place in the West Division, will play host to the Calgary Stampeders in the division semifinal on Nov. 28.

The Tiger-Cats (7-6) have clinched a playoff spot and will oppose the
