Bears still 'gathering facts' on Justin Fields' injury

Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields left Sunday's game with a rib injury, and it's too early for the team to tell if the rookie will be part of the Thanksgiving Day menu at Detroit, coach Matt Nagy said Monday.

"I'm still gathering facts," Nagy said Monday afternoon.

The Bears (3-7) are headed to face the winless Lions (0-9-1) at Ford Field on Thursday and each team is unsettled at the position.
