Avalanche's Gabriel Landeskog (lower body) out 2 weeks

Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog is expected to miss two weeks due to a lower-body injury, coach Jared Bednar announced Sunday.

Landeskog sustained the injury during the second period of Colorado's 7-3 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Friday. He extended his point streak to a career-high 10 games (three goals, 10 assists) with an assist on Nathan MacKinnon's goal early in the second period.
