Toronto extends streak, sends Oilers to 5th straight loss
Ilya Mikheyev scored the go-ahead goal on a power play in the third period and the Toronto Maple Leafs went on to defeat the visiting Edmonton Oilers 4-2 Wednesday night.
John Tavares, T.J. Brodie and Alexander Kerfoot also scored for Toronto. William Nylander added two assists for the Maple Leafs, who have won four in a row.
Brendan Perlini and Leon Draisaitl scored for the Oilers, who lost their fifth straight game.
