Ex-Mets acting GM Zack Scott acquitted of DWI charges

Former New York Mets acting general manager Zack Scott was acquitted of drunken-driving charges Thursday in White Plains (N.Y.) City Court.

The charges stemmed from his arrest in the early morning on Aug. 31 after police said they found him asleep at the wheel of his vehicle at a traffic light. Scott had just attended a fundraiser at team owner Steve Cohen's house. He failed a field sobriety test and refused a breathalyz
