Stanley Menzo appointed Beijing Guoan head coach

BEIJING, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- Former Ajax goalkeeper Stanley Menzo has been appointed head coach of Beijing Guoan, the Chinese Super League side said on Monday.

"Today we officially announce that Stanley Menzo has been hired as the head coach of the senior team of Beijing Guoan club," the Beijing club said in a brief statement.

The 58-year-old takes over from Sui Dongliang who has served as caretaker coach
